Antacid
GELUNEX is a combination of eight ingredients that are esteemed for their antacid properties. It helps in relieving heartburn by overcoming abdominal and epigastric discomfort by neutralising gastric acid secretions. It is also an effective remedy for peptic and gastric ulcers.
